We are now in testing mode!
Did you know that there is a section in your brain that helps with learning when you are physically active. This area is called the hippocampus. After you participate in 20-30 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity (any sports, a run, hiking, keeping your heart at an elevated level) you can retain (memorize) up to 30% more information that you learn or study after the physical activity. So, if your stuck on a question or topic go out and be physically active, come back and re-learn the material to comprehend it better. |
